The caller did not want to pursue the matter legally but wanted the family to pay for the window repair. ![]() Officers spoke with the juvenile and his mother about the matter, who admitted to breaking the window by accident. The caller advised a male juvenile had broken one of the windows on his front door. Sunday for a report of criminal damaging. Officers responded to the 500 block of Bank Street at 7:30 p.m. The caller was made aware and advised to contact officers if there were any further issues. Officers spoke with the caller, finding the email in question was just a generated email to try and get money. Sunday for a report of computer harassment. Officers responded to the 2000 block of Monroe Street at 9:57 p.m. After a brief investigation officers returned the juvenile to the hospital, where she was released to staff from the hospital and the group home she had been staying at. She was subsequently detained and escorted out of the building. The juvenile refused to exit the lobby with officers and proceeded behind the counter to get herself a drink. ![]() The juvenile walked into McDonald’s and asked staff for a cup of water which they refused as they were closing up the lobby. Officers located the juvenile who refused to stop or speak with officers. The caller advised that a female juvenile had walked out of the emergency room. Officers responded to the Salem Regional Medical Center at 10:25 p.m. The man advised he had gotten out of a car at a nearby business so he could vomit due to having drunk too much alcohol and his ride left him there. Officers located the person, who was not an elderly man, standing on the sidewalk, and observed him to appear sick. Monday for a report of an elderly man in a bathrobe standing outside. Officers responded to the 1800 block of East State Street at 12:14 a.m. ![]()
